How to Prevent Fraud

Protect yourself against fraudulent requests

    • Unless you contact us first, VersaBank USA will never ask for your banking or investment-related information by email, text or phone
    • If someone contacts you claiming to be from VersaBank USA and is asking for any or all of the details below, DO NOT share any information:
      • Online Banking username OR password
      • Online Banking Secure Access Code (SAC), sent to your cell phone or email to log in or transmit money via ACH or wire
      • Remote control of your computer or phone
      • Your computer’s IP Address

Report Fraud or Suspicious Activity

Call us immediately at 320.746.2261 if you suspect fraud on your account or if someone claiming to be from VersaBank USA contacts you via phone, text, email, or other means, and asks for the above information. You can also report your concerns using our online form.
